Intervention 1: Jujube / day, 15 mg / oral / 2 months / for intervention group. Intervention 2: Control group will not recieve placebo.

Exclusion criteria: no access to lactating-mothers in order to provide the breast milk after 2 month; no continuation of breastfeeding up to two month after delivery; any chronic disease incidence or drug usage during the study. 20 years 35 years Female Treatment - Drugs N/A Jujube / day, 15 mg / oral / 2 months / for intervention group Control group will not recieve placebo.
