Therefore, a number will be assigned to each sample, and after choosing the starting point in the table, read the table numbers from right to left and from top to bottom. It will be low. The first 25 selected numbers in the table will be the control group, the second 25 will be the mindfulness intervention group, and the third 25 will be the aromatherapy intervention group. 3 Condition 1: Distress caused by breastfeeding. Intervention 2: Intervention group: 2nd- Undergoing stress reduction counseling based on mindfulness, which is given in 8 face-to-face 90-minute sessions and as a group twice a week.
