The randomization units in this study will be on emergency department nurses. Random allocation with blocks of four will be in two intervention and control groups. The random allocation method with blocks of four will be such that the letter A will be assigned to the intervention group and the letter B will be assigned to the control group, and in blocks of four with the letters A and B, six states AABB, BBAA, ABAB, BABA, ABBA, BAAB in the sheets It will be written separately and thrown inside a container. Randomly take one of these sheets out of the container and remember the combination written on it, and that sheet will be thrown into the container again. Because the sample size in this study will be 80 nurses. This action is repeated 20 times and each time the combination written on the sheet will be written in the sequence of the previous sheet and then a number from 1 to 80 will be assigned to each letter in the order of the letters written in a row. Each letter was placed inside a matte envelope and the numbers 1-80 were written on the envelope. Each time a patient was selected, one of these envelopes was opened in the order of the number written on the envelope, and it was determined which group the patient should be placed in, Blinding description: Blinding will be performed on three levels: the participants, the person who evaluates the results before and after the test, and the statistician. In this study, the participants, i.e. the nurses, will not know which of the intervention groups they are in. The trainer will not know which group of nurses participating in the study he is training. The final information of the test and control groups will be provided to the statistician in the form of groups A and B.
