      <study_design>Randomization: Randomized, Blinding: Not blinded, Placebo: Not used, Assignment: Parallel, Purpose: Supportive, Randomization description: The names of the people will be written on similar sheets and the names are drawn randomly in the form of a lottery. The first 15 people will be divided into experimental group one, the second 15 people will be divided into experimental group two, and the third 15 people will be divided into the control group.</study_design>

      <i_freetext>Intervention 1: The first intervention group: myofascial release massage for 2 days a week with variable times (gradual increase each week) for 5 weeks in which Swedish massage techniques will be used in the trapezius muscle area. Intervention 2: second intervention group: Myofascial self-release for 2 sessions per week for 5 weeks using foam roll and tennis ball in variable durations (gradual increase each week). Intervention 3: Control group: Soft exercise activity similar to warm-up is done for a short period of time for this group of people.</i_freetext>

      <inclusion_criteria>Having active trigger points in the trapezius muscle
Not using an exercise program or any other modalities which can effects persons pain experience caused by trigger points during the research period.
Female gender
Absence of pregnancy
induvial must not any history of surgery or disorder in the cervical and thoracic spine
Not having skin diseases and open wounds
Not having an allergy to massage oils
The minimum age is 20 and the maximum is 30</inclusion_criteria>

      <prim_outcome>Trigger points pain. Timepoint: Pain measurement will be done at the beginning of the study during the pre-test stage and at the end of the study in the post-test stage. Method of measurement: Using The visual analog scale (VAS) and The Brief Pain Inventory (BPI).</prim_outcome>
      <prim_outcome>Neck range of motion in flexion, extension, rotation, and lateral flexion movements. Timepoint: Range of motion measurement will be done at the beginning of the study during the pre-test stage and at the end of the study in the post-test stage. Method of measurement: Using Goniometer.</prim_outcome>
      <prim_outcome>Shoulder range of motion in flexion, extension, abduction, internal and external rotation. Timepoint: Range of motion measurement will be done at the beginning of the study during the pre-test stage and at the end of the study in the post-test stage. Timepoint: Hand and shoulder performance quality will be measured at the beginning of the study during the pre-test stage and at the end of the study in the post-test stage.
