      <hc_freetext>Nursing handover process.</hc_freetext>
<i_freetext>It is an interventional study with a before-and-after design, so the interventions are carried out in the same way for all samples. At first, demographic characteristics questionnaire and knowledge test are given to the studied community. Before starting the reflection sessions, from each participant, a handover process is observed in each shift and the nursing handover process evaluation checklist is completed by the researcher. In order to intervene, the samples are divided into groups of seven by the researcher, and 3 group reflection sessions are held for each group, and at least two scenarios are shared in each session. Since group reflection is a learner-oriented approach based on discussion in small groups, the principles of group discussion and group dynamics will be followed, and the researcher will play the role of facilitator and the discussion will be done by the participants. Group reflection is done according to the 6-step Gibbs model. In this way, first the scenario is read by one person in the group, and then the discussion takes place in six stages based on the questions that are included at the end of the scenario. After the intervention, we give one week time for the contents to stabilize in the learner's mind, and then the knowledge test is performed again, and also from each participant, one delivery in each shift, observation and checklist of nursing handover process evaluation in the same way as the pre-test is completed..</i_freetext>
