<i_freetext>Intervention 1: "Intervention group" Nurses who participate in the Education course. After the educational needs assessment, with the help of a special care specialist, a postoperative pain management training program was designed. Then, in order to maximize the participation of nurses, this training program was placed in the hospital's continuous training. Training sessions were held in the form of feedback lectures in a two-hour session and three days and different hours so that all nurses could attend the classes. After the sessions, a postoperative pain management manual was provided to the nurses. Then the researcher came to the ward and answered the nurses' questions. One month after the educational sessions, evaluation was done using the previous questionnaires (knowledge, attitude and performance questionnaire). Intervention 2: "Control group" The nurses of this group did not participate in the training course.</i_freetext>
