Patients in the intervention group receive physician prescribed  information in written format along with oral explanation about the same information presented by librarian.The content of information is about drugs, tests, exercise, symptoms , self care. The control group do not receive the written information and the librarian's oral explanation. Intervention 2: patients  in control group  only receive routine information given by doctor to them and do not receive physician prescribed information.</i_freetext>
