      <study_design>Randomization: Randomized, Blinding: Not blinded, Placebo: Not used, Assignment: Parallel, Purpose: Education/Guidance, Randomization description: 54 eligible emergency department nurses will be conveniently recruited into the study. It using a four-block randomization method to assign nurses to two group. After obtaining written informed consent from the participants, 6 different combinations of four-block (AABB- ABAB- ABBA- BBAA- BABA- BAAB) were created. It randomly selected using the Blockrand package of R software, and the random sequence will be formed as a sequence of letters A and B.</study_design>

      <i_freetext>Intervention 1: Intervention group: First, 7 video-based scenarios will be designed based on a review of the literature and the Iranian stroke triage scale of Abedi et al. Scenarios content includes, how to triage unconscious stroke patients with unstable vital signs, triage of semi-conscious stroke patients with a history of hypertension, diabetes, hemiplegia weakness, and neurological symptoms for more or less than one hour, and triage of conscious stroke patients with normal blood pressure without dysphasia and unilateral body weakness with neurological symptoms for less than 10 minutes. The total intervention time is 4 hours. The nurses in the intervention group will be divided into three groups, and each group will be trained based on the content of the scenarios (training with the show of designed videos) in two sessions and each session lasting 2 h. Then, their triage decision-making will then be measured by a questionnaire after two weeks of the intervention. Intervention 2: Control group: In the control group, emergency nurses' triage decision-making will be measured using a questionnaire as a pre-test. Nurses in the control group were not received any training. They will complete the triage decision-making questionnaire as a post-test after two weeks.</i_freetext>
