Intervention 1: We used 3 gr Acasia Senegal Gum resolved in 20 ml pure water in control group for treatment of peristomal skin disorder in intervention group. Intervention 2: For control group we cover 3 time a day all site of skin disorder with zinc oxide oitment and observed the skin wound healing.

Timepoint: every 2 days follow up for 8 days. Method of measurement: Check List(DET Score),Photography Sizeing in AUTO CAD. Measurement of wound skin healing. Timepoint: 2 days.
