Intervention 1: The first group (massage by the nurse): massage therapy will be done for 30 minutes by a nurse in the third and fourth post-op days. Pain severity will be assessed before, immediately, 30, 60, and 120 minutes after first massage therapy session. Sleep quality will be assessed before and one day after the last intervention. Intervention 2: Group II (massage by the patient's companion): massage therapy will be done for 30 minutes by a patient's companion in the third and fourth post-op days. Pain severity will be assessed before, immediately,30, 60, and 120 minutes after first massage therapy session. Sleep quality will be assessed before and one day after the last intervention. Intervention 3: Group III (control group): This group does not receive massage therapy, but in the third and fourth post-op days a nurse and a patient's companion remain with patient for 30 minutes. Pain severity will be assessed before, immediately, 30, 60, and 120 minutes after first session. Sleep quality will be assessed before and one day after last session.

B) Exclusion criteria:1- Unwillingness to continuing participation; 2- Decrease level of consciousness; 3- Unstable hemodynamic status; 4- Patients who have coagulation problems; 5- Pump time more than four hours; 6- Patients who have chronic and malignant pain; 7- prescription of sedative drugs (over 0 .5 mg Alprazolam per day); 8- History of drug and alcohol abuse over the last two months; 9- History of diabetes over the last fifteen years; 10- History of neurological, cerebrovascular, cardiovascular, psychiatric and respiratory disorders. 18 years 70 years Both I25.1 Atherosclerotic heart disease Behavior Behavior Behavior The first group (massage by the nurse): massage therapy will be done for 30 minutes by a nurse in the third and fourth post-op days.
