<study_design>Randomization: Randomized, Blinding: Not blinded, Placebo: Not used, Assignment: Other, Purpose: Education/Guidance, Randomization description: Random assignment will be done using a four-way permutation blocking method, in which six cards are created from four different combinations of the letters A and B, the first representing the intervention group and the second representing the control group.</study_design>
      <phase>N/A</phase>
      <hc_freetext>Self-efficacy and self-management.</hc_freetext>
<i_freetext>Intervention 1: Intervention group: According to a review of the literature and similar studies, the training will be provided in the form of eight sessions for two months, both in person and virtually. One session will be held each week, each session including an in-person and a virtual section. The in-person session will last for one hour, then a summary of the same session will be prepared by the instructor in the form of an audio file (podcast) for half an hour and shared in the virtual group that will be formed so that students can benefit sufficiently from the content within the virtual group for review and recall. To ensure complete listening to the podcasts, practical assignments will be designed in the form of scenarios so that the samples respond to the assignments based on Stoic philosophical teachings. Before and after the study, two questionnaires, Scherrer's self-efficacy and Waltz's self-management, will be completed in both groups by interview method. The questionnaires will be completed after the intervention with an interval of one month. Intervention 2: Control group: It is worth noting that after the study is completed, if the control group wishes, the podcasts will also be made available to this group, and during the intervention in the experimental group, no special action will be taken in the control group. Before and after the study, two questionnaires of Scherrer self-efficacy and Waltz self-management will be completed in both groups by interview method. The questionnaires will be completed after the intervention with an interval of one month.</i_freetext>
