Blinding: Patients will be unaware of the type of intervention. The physician who will examine the patients will not be aware of the intervention. The analyzer will be unaware of the type of interventions. Therefore, the trial will be run as triple blind. 2 unconscious patients. Intervention 1: Covering the eye with polyethylene film and replacing it every 12 hours for 5 days. Intervention 2: Dropping 2 drops of artificial tear every 6 hours for 5 days. Intervention 3: Irrigation of eye with normal saline every 6 hours for 5 days.
