Protocol summary

Summary
This study will be done With the aim of effect of team based Learning & lecture on awareness and self-efficacy of high school counselors in sexual and reproductive health education to adolescents. In this study, 80 patients will be randomly selected high school female consultants and Randomly will be divided into two groups. After obtaining informed consent and explaining the purpose of research, a questionnaire of awareness and self-efficacy on sexual and reproductive health education will be completed. And then consultants will be trained in four two-hour sessions with discussions of anatomy and physiology of the female reproductive system, puberty, menstruation, high-risk behaviors and skills needed to prevent these behaviors, types of sexual abuse and to deal effectively with it, creating a positive attitude towards men and sexuality, sexual and reproductive rights, sexual and reproductive health taboos and will be trained to deal effectively with it. the team-based learning group will be training with preparation, individual test, the test team, appeals, feedback and task team . lecture group will receive training and education using PowerPoint presentations. Eight weeks after the intervention, post-test of awareness and self-efficacy in sexual and reproductive health education to adolescents will be measured with a questionnaire. It should be noted that pre-test and post-test questions will be the same and will be completely different with questions used in team-based training sessions.

Lack of participation in courses of sexual and reproductive health in the last 6 months Exclusion criteria: 1. Not wanting to continue cooperation in research 2. The absence of more than one meeting during the intervention

Description
In this study, intervention will be for four two-hour sessions every seven days, with sexual and reproductive health issues under the headings anatomy and physiology of the female reproductive system, puberty, menstruation, high-risk behaviors and skills needed to prevent these behaviors, types of abuse sex and deal effectively with it, positive attitude toward man and sexuality, sexual and reproductive rights, sexual and reproductive health taboos and deal effectively with it. The intervention group will be team-based teaching methods. The method includes the steps of preparation, individual test, the test team, appeals, feedback and task team.
