The objective of this study is to investigate the effect of acceptance and commitment group therapy along with forgiveness on hope of women with breast cancer. 34 patients who are suffering from breast cancer and who underwent a surgery will participate in this study. Selection criteria are having, at least, a high school diploma and patients’ awareness of their cancer .The project will be explained to the patients at first, then 34 patients who are willing to and who are able to participate in the workshop will be selected. The patients will be randomly divided into two groups of 19 members intervention and 15 members control. The members of intervention group will participate in the ACT and Forgiveness workshop for 12 weeks, 3 hours per week. hope for life and quality of life for these two groups will be evaluated and compared before and after participating in workshop. Exclusion criteria, in the study, are unwillingness to participate in the workshop, becoming ill, specific psychological stress, engaging in any other training course and discontinuity in medical treatment.
