The purpose of the current study is to preliminarily investigate the effectiveness of the World Health Organization child development program in increasing parenting self efficacy of a group of mothers of infants aged three and under three years of age.To address this aim, a sample of 40 mothers with their infants aged three and under under three years old participate in child care in one of center hospital in Mashhad and are randomly divided to an experimental group and a control group. The experimental group is received the World Health Organization program for six consecutive weeks, while the control group remains without manipulation. Parenting Self Efficacy questionnaire is administered for the two groups in pretest,post test and one month follow up.
