1) Objectives: Main aim: A) Determine of general health status of family caregivers in chronic mental patients referred to the Welfare centers covered in Hamadan. B) Family interventions planning for family caregivers of patients with chronic mental health referred to the Welfare centers covered in Hamadan.Goals: A- Determine of general health status of family caregivers in chronic mental patients before intervention. B- Determine of general health status of family caregivers in chronic mental patients after intervention. (2) Design: The study is a intervention. (3) Setting and conduct: Research environment is Welfare center covered in Hamadan city. 120 Family caregivers of chronic psychiatric patients before and after intervention assesses fall. (4) Participants including major eligibility criteria: Participants included Family caregivers with inclusion adult age group (18-65)؛ Adult age group (18-65)؛ able to speak Persian, Turkish or Kurdish are. (5) Intervention: Stage 1: Assess the health status and needs of caregivers. stage 2: Design and implementation of family therapy interventions. (6) General health status.
