This study aimed to investigate the impact of reproductive health in disaster workshops to raise professional promotion and advancement of midwifery who are the members of basic health care teams.Both control and intervention groups have been randomly selected. The selected number of 64 intervention group will be taken part in 2 workshops from 21 provinces in yazd and golestan. These workshops would take 3 days. 64 people as control group would be selected from mentioned provinces. The target groups are volunteers of IRCS. The control group wont be trained at all. The training in the workshops would be done on the base of reproductive health in disaster standards.The impact of training on the knowledge, attitude and skill of participants would be done through a questionnaire before and 2 months after intervention. The control team involving 64 people. This group would be selected among untrained midwives randomly from 21 mentioned provinces. They will complete this questionnaire too. This group wont be trained. The control group will fill the questionnaire form at the same time.
Entry requirements and necessary qualification: Having degree in midwifery;Taking part in reproductive health in disaster workshop; Being member in rapid response teams of IRCS.
Exclusion criteria and necessary qualification: Not to participation on full days of workshop.

Description
In this study two groups of control and interference randomly would be selected from 21 provinces. The interference team involving 64 people, will participate in two reproductive health workshops for three days in yazd and golestan province, based on international training standards.
The impact of training workshops would be evaluated, how it works on knowledge, attitude and the practical function advancement of Red Crescent midwives which is done through a questionnaire before and 2 months after intervention .
