The propose of this study is the effect of reminiscence therapy on attitude، anxiety، depression and adherence to treatment in type 2 diabetic female patients. Inclusion criteria are women with type 2 diabetes and age over 50 yearse، Exclusion criteria is absent more than 2 times at meeting. The study population included all women are referred to Ahvaz Golestan Hospital Diabetes Clinic.The sample size of 24 participants who were 12 women will be in the intervention group and 12 patients will be in the control group. The intervention lasts 1 month that will consist of two sessions per week and the number of sessions will be 8 sessions. Sessions 1 introduction، second sessions of the seventh subject to any meeting selection will be based on topics of interest to members and the final sessions is termination sessions. Questionnaires before the intervantion، after intervention and 1 month after intervention will be given to patients. and attitude، anxiety، depression and adherence to tretment of patients will be compared before and after intervention.
