This study is an experimental study that it will conduct with the purpose to compare the effects of an educational film with routine training on blood glucose control among type 2 diabetic patients in Hamadan. Methods: 120 type 2 diabetes patients will be selected with convenience sampling method and then will be divided randomly into two groups of 60 intervention and control
Inclusion criteria: Type 2 diabetic patients that referred to the Hamadan diabetes center; Volunteered to participate in the study; History of type 2 diabetes two years ago; Exclusion criteria: absence in movie section; Not complete the questionnaire
Routine training to the control group and the experimental group training through educational film with question and answer will be done. Pre and post-intervention data on demographics, knowledge, perceived susceptibility, perceived severity, perceived benefits, perceived barriers and cues to action will collect by questionnaire and practice will be measured by using HbA1C test indicators
