Implementation and Evaluation the Effectiveness of Health care Volunteer’s Education Program Based on Kerkpatrick Model.
Design
In this research, 110 health volunteers with inclusion criteria who are willing to participate in the study, complete the informed consent form, having sufficient level of education; ability to attend in the program, are selected. and were randomly divided into two groups of control and intervention. Group allocation was concealed by assigning a unique code to each participants.
Settings and conduct
The implementation of the training program for health volunteers is done in 6 sessions for the intervention group at the comprehensive health centers. Participants and data analyst are blind to the study.
Participants/Inclusion and exclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria include: willingness to participate in the study; completion of an informed consent form; having sufficient level of education; ability to attend in the program
Exclusion criteria include: Absence of more than one session; tendency to leave the study
Intervention groups
The educational program consists of 6 sessions on measuring vital signs, blood pressure, blood glucose, communication methods and participatory learning methods in adult education for the intervention group. There is no intervention for the control group.

First, by using clustering method, four comprehensive health centers in different parts of the city of Shiraz are selected, then all volunteers in the test group have criteria for inclusion in the study to be invited to participate in six sessions of the educational class.
