Occupational Health activities are concerned with the prevention of ill health in employed populations. It covers five classes of hazards namely physical, chemical, biological, ergonomic and psychosocial hazards. Based on the spectrum of occupational health, the current research intends to draw on the effect of workplace psychosocial factors, for helping both employers and employees to reduce workplace psychosocial risk and manage those problems. There are many problems which are result of psychosocial factors that influencing staff health. This study is an attempt to develop procedures for coping with psychosocial risks at the place of work. Based on the objective of this study, the researcher assumes that training about psychosocial risks may reduce them and will be a practical, safe and economical method for conducting in company.
