Comparsion the effect of local application of parsley (petroselinium crispum) with hydroquinone cream on reduction the severity of epidermal melasma: A randomized clinical trial
The purpose of this study is the comparison the effect of local application of parsley (petroselinium crispum) and hydroquinone cream on reduction of the severity of epidermal melasma. In this study, 70 women will be selected of Health Care Centers . Samples based on a random allocation method (Balanced Blocking Randomization) will be divided into 2 groups of control and intervention. . Inclusion criteria include: having of epidermal melasma, non-pregnant; Not lactating, no history of allergy to hydroquinone and parsley. Exclusion criteria include: pregnancy occurs; allergy to hydroquinone and parsley. Intervention group parsley tai land the control group 4% hydroquinone cream will be used locally every night . The main variables is parsley and hydroquinone cream that their effect will be evaluated on redusing the severity of epidermal melasma.

Inclusion/Exclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Women 50-15 years old (childbearing age); willingness to cooperate in the project; having of epidermal melasma, non-pregnant; Not lactating, not using anti-smudge drugs in the past 30 days , non-contraceptive therapy during the study;No history of epilepsy, liver, thyroid and asthma diseases, no history of allergy to hydroquinone, the lack of any kind of sensitivity to the families Apiaceae plants such as carrots, celery and parsley; not employed in occupations requiring long-term exposure to sunlight (farmers and laborers); Exclusion criteria: pregnancy occurs; sensitivity to hydrocarbons and parsley ; diseases affecting the severity of skin disease and treatment interaction, unwillingness to continue treatment.

Description
Intervention group will be received parsley tail((20 g parsley for 5 minutes in a liter of boiling water, brewed, smooth and leave to cool) to 8 weeks topically once at night.
