Clinical trial to evaluate the effect of teaching of emotional intelligence component on emotional intelligence scale, learning approach and level of anxiety in nursing students
The present study was an educational randomized control trial investigated the effect of teaching of emotional intelligence component on emotional intelligence scale, learning approach and level of anxiety in nursing students, Shiraz University of Medical Sciences. The number of 120 nursing students enrolled in first and second experimental groups (n = 60) and control (n = 60) are included. Intervention 8-hour workshop on the group in two 4-hour sessions take place. Data will be collected before, immediately after and one month after the intervention in the group studied, using questionnaires Schering emotional intelligence,Study Process and Spielberger anxiety.

Inclusion criteria: Nursing students of Shiraz University of Medical Sciences; willingness to participate in the study; complete the consent form.
Exclusion criteria: The absence of meetings and workshops; Cancel the continued cooperation of the researchers at every stage of the study or after study.

Perform educational intervention in experimental group through 2 session (8 hours) with interactive methods.

The control group is with no intervention. Schering emotional intelligence, Spielberger anxiety and Study Process questionnaires at the beginning of the first session and one month after the end of sessions completed by students and at the end booklets of training sessions are available to the control group.
