Evaluation of the effect of copings strategies education on quality of life and adaptation of
patients after liver transplantation refereed to Shiraz Motahari Clinic 2014.
Purpose: evaluation of the effect of education of copings strategies on patients' adaptation and quality of life after liver transplantation refereed to Motahari clinic in shiraz,2014.
Design: randomized
Population: all patients older than 20 years that are resident in Shiraz(temporary or permanent) and liver transplantation has been done for them and they have been referred for visit after transplantation.
Inclusion criteria: age older than 20 y/o, absence of mental disease according to reports or medical records, absence of disabilities and physical handicap before transplantation, willingness to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria: presence in less than 2 educational sessions, refuse to cooperate in any stage of study, appearance any physical, emotional or social unexpected problems through intervention.
Samples: 60 patients. 30 (case group), 30 (control group).
Intervention: education of copings strategies in 7 sessions (1 hour) and present the educational CDs to 2 groups.

The inclusion criteria: the age of more than twenty years old; lack of mental illness before transplantation according to patient's medical record; lack of physical disability before transplantation; being interested for participating in research; lack of participation in training programs in the field of coping strategies before research.The exclusion criteria: Participation in less than two sessions; determent from following cooperation at every stage of research; detection of unforeseen physical or emotional or social problems during intervention.

Description
Intervention group: 7 educational secessions (each secession for 1 hour in a day, twice in a week)
about coping strategies is recommended for them. At the beginning of each secession, relaxation
technique is required for 10 minutes. At the end of each secession, researcher sum up all contents. At
the end of study, the content of secessions in educational CDs offer to 2 groups (case and control).
