Main objectives: 1. Developing a mother's training program for sexuality education to their 12 to 18 years old girls in Mahshahr city.
2. Implementation and evaluation the mother's training program for sexuality education to their 12 to 18 years old girls in Mahshahr city.
Design: This is a before,after field trial on the mothers of adolescent girls aged 12 to 18 years in Mahshahr city. proportional multi stage sampling use to select the samples. sample size is 152 person.
Inclusion criteria: Having 12 to 18 years old teenage girl studying at first period or second period highschool of Mahshahr city; passing at least a year of their residence in Mahshahr; Having consent to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria: unwillingness to continue cooperation.
Setting and conduct: field data collected by using questionnaires and interviews. The project will be conducted in three phases: In the first phase, using focus group discussions,to collect mothers comments and views on sexuality education to girls (for a training needs assessment) and the training program will be desing. In the second phase, samples will participate in 6 session and measurement tools will be completed for them. In the third phase Evaluation of intervention program done by statistical analysis.

main outcome measures (variables): Mother's knowledge about sexuality; Mother's attitude about sexuality; Mother's skills for effective interpersonal relationships and effective communication.
