A review of the literature and help the teachers and with the support of Sharif University of Technology established a web site containing educational materials for infants before the transfer was made with short PIERS STRATEGY (Procedures, Infection, Equipment, Resuscitation, Support & Safety, Seizure Treatment, Respiratory management, Assessment, Thermoregulation, Empathy, Glucose administration, Yellowish discoloration). Nurses in Mahdieh, Rasul and Taleghani hospitals after the coordination and authorization and after obtaining consent from staff for voluntary participation in the study were randomly divided into control and test groups. After obtaining permission from the ethics committee and informed consent, both Group were completed demographic and self-reported questionnaire knowledge and performance. educational materials were presented during the ten weeks and with methods such as webinars, PowerPoint, video clips and links to provide training to the test group (Was given to each person a username and password to log in the virtual space). The possibility of interact with the Research team by e-mail and Hall of Conversation was provided during training. There is no intervention for control group.
Two weeks after intervention was completed two self-report questionnaire, knowledge and performance again. At the end of the study the control group was given username and password.
