The effect of trauma-focused cognitive-behavioral method on posttraumatic growth ,social adjustment , emotion management and self efficacy of abused children on Kermanshah city
This study will be done with aim to determine the effect of early trauma-focused cognitive behavioral method on post-traumatic growth,social adjustment , emotion management and self efficacy of abused children in Kermanshah city. This study is a non blinded clinical trial. The study population will consisted of all abused children Kermanshah city that 60 persons will selected in available method and randomly will be divided into two groups (30 patients exprimental group and 30 patients in control group).The exprimental and control group will completed the post-traumatic growth,social adjustment , emotion management and self efficacy questionnaires. The experimental group will received group training trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy 10 sessions in one and a half hours and the control group will not receive any tests. After the end of the study (two months later) the post-traumatic growth, social adjustment , emotion management and self efficacy questionnaires will be provided and both groups will compared in terms of post-traumatic growth, social social adjustment , emotion management and self efficacy. After the end of the study in order to maintain ethics and the rights of research participants,Control group also will received group early trauma-focused cognitive behavioral method .
