Comparison of effectiveness of classic and PBL education in Gastro Intestinal Tract title from health assessment lesson on the information level, satisfaction and clinical skills of second year Nursing students in Islamic Azad University, Qom branch in 2014
Objective: to determine the effect of teaching health status in two ways to solve the problem based learning and lecture on the knowledge and practice of students.
Study design: quasi-experimental, pre-test - post-test with two groups.
Study population: the third semester nursing students studying in Islamic Azad University, Qom branch.
Main inclusion criteria: obtaining "health status" course in semester 3 and for the first time. Main exclusion criteria: lack of desire to continue to participate or not participate in the tests after intervention. Sample size: 64 students. Intervention: (B) intervention or interventions studied: problem solving and presentations and (C) intervention time: two hours for a two-week session. The primary outcome or consequences of the study: post-test (knowledge and practice) was done two months after the training.

Description
This quasi-experimental study was conducted on 64 nursing students (in their third semester) who had chosen evaluation of health status course in Qom Islamic Azad University. The students were randomly divided into two groups of cases (32 persons). Asking questions and problem-solving resources was introduced by instructor.
Problem-based learning group was divided into 5 sub-groups of 7-6 members and one member of the group was selected as guide and supervisor. Members of each group were working under the supervision of head and head were under their supervision.
So as to implement, in the first session, stated educational goals and 2 clinical cases with radiographs, slides and classroom were raised key questions related to gastro-intestinal diseases.
In this session, students Mygzardnd information gathered themselves together to share and discuss their subjective. Each leader will ensure that all members of the group have contributed to the problem, then summarize and present the results of studies.
