Comparing the impact of standardized patient-based training with team-based learning on knowledge and clinical skill of midwifery students for Providing services to victims of Rape.
The aim of this study is comparing the effect of "training the Providing services to victims of Rape " applying two methods of "standardized patient based education" and " team-based learning " on midwifery students’ knowledge and clinical skill. In this study 84 undergraduate or postgraduate midwifery and counseling midwifery students who studying at Mashhad University of Medical Sciences in 2017 are selected and randomly will be allocated in standardized patient based or team-based learning groups. Students are excluded if they absent in one of training or pre or post tests sessions. Intervention in each group included 6 hours of education will be held in one day. Students' knowledge and skill in providing services to victims of Rape are evaluated by Four choice questionnaire and trained raters using objective structured clinical evaluation in 4 stations, applying validated check lists before and one week after the education.

Intervention 1: The training in the standardized patient-based education group is done Within 6 hours by explaining the training steps, grouping, the interaction of each group with a patient Performing tasks involves getting a full biography, detecting rape in interacting with a patient, Examination and sampling on patient and mannequins, Provide proper treatment plan,The interaction of each group's representative with the patient in the presence of all students, Evaluation by other people, Summarize the discussion of each item by the researcher and Answers to questions.
