The effect of conflict resolution training on marital satisfaction and conduct problems in childrens of couples referring to consulting centers in shiraz, 1390
This study was carried out to examine the effects of conflict resolution training on marital satisfaction and child behavior problems. 56 couples referring to consulting centers in Shiraz who had moderate to severe scores of conflict according to the marital conflict questionnaire were chosen and divided in experimental and control groups. The experimental group received 10 sessions of conflict resolution skills training twice a week, lasting for 1/5 hours. The level of conflict, marital satisfaction and child behavior problems were checked before, immediately and one month after intervention in the experimental groups and before and one month after intervention in control groups. Results indicated that mean score of marital conflicts and marital satisfaction before, immediately and one month after intervention were statistically significant in experimental groups; but there was no differences in mean score of child behavior problems in experimental and control groups.

Inclusion/Exclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Mean score of marital conflict must be at the level of moderate to severe.(115-210); have children at the age of 6-12; have not any mental health disease; be volunteered to participate in the study. Exclusion criteria: Failure to attend all training sessions; Unwillingness to participate in the study; Families who are going to divorce.
