Determining the effect of multifaceted education program on knowledge, attitude and quality of end of life nursing care in intensive care units
Design
In a simple random sampling method, an ICU will be allocated as the intervention group and an ICU will be allocated as the control group.
Settings and conduct
َAll nurses working in two ICU number 1 and 2 of Kowsar Hospital will be selected according to the inclusion criteria.

Bachelor's degree and higher , At least one year of work experience, The tendency to participate in research, Nurses working in Intensive Care Units
Intervention groups
In the intervention group, a one-day workshop will be held in two rounds of six hours. Then during the six weeks after the workshop, education continues in the ward environment and by virtual training. In the control group after the end of the study, the educational content presented to them.

Randomization description
Because the intervention implemented in a ward environment so it is not possible to randomized individuals. So, The wards will randomize to intervention and control groups. There are two ICU wards (number 1 and 2) in Kowsar Hospital which by simple random method (coin tossing) one ward allocated to the intervention group and next to the control group.

The RN / LVN version of the End-of-Life Surveillance Survey Questionnaire consists of 24 questions and answers are based on the answer.

Description
In the intervention group, a one-day workshop will be held in two rounds of six hours. The workshop holds up using educational tools including Laptop, Projector, PowerPoint, Group discussion, Short film screenings and presenting the scenario of the end of life nursing care. Then during the six weeks after the workshop, in the intervention ward brochure, and posters on end-of-life care will be installed. A virtual training group will be established for the intervention group and will provide educational clips and key messages.
