Investigating the Effect of Interactive Electronic Teaching on Knowledge and Identification and Nursing Care Stress in (ICU)

Settings and conduct
At first, a face-to-face training session will be conducted on how to use the interactive electronic learning material placed on the hospital's intervention website (Shahid Rahimi), before starting training questionnaires on knowledge and identification and care stress by nurses working in the ICU wards. Intervention and control hospitals were filled and then the nurses of the intervention group received educational intervention through the personal access to the intervention hospital website (Shahid Rahimi, Khorram Abad). After 2 months, the nurses of the two groups of control and intervention should attempt to re-fill the questionnaires of knowledge and identification and pressure of care.
Participants/Inclusion and exclusion criteria
Nurses (ICUs) have at least a bachelor's degree and have six months of clinical work experience in specialist departments and have not completed the delirium training course over the past 5 years and have at least computer literacy.
Intervention groups
Nurses working in ICU at Shahid Rahimi Hospital, Khorramabad as intervention group and nurses working in ICU in Khorramabad Nursing Shohada Hospital as control group.

Description
Intervention group: instructor nurses will be given an oral briefing session in about half an hour in person on how to use interactive electronic learning content. Oral and written training will be given (in the form of educational pamphlets). Then the electronic content will be uploaded to the hospital site, which is considered as an interventional environment, and will be provided to the nurses by the intervention group using a special address. The electronic content will be available to the nurses in the intervention group for 2 months. Each week, a group message will be sent to the nurses to remind and motivate the use of the content
