Study aim
Determination and comparison of mean scores of academic self-efficacy among nursing students in Urmia nursing and midwifery faculty before and after intervention in 2018
Design
All nursing students in the 5th semester will be entered into the intervention group in Whole number, non-blind manner.
Settings and conduct
After approval of the research project and approval of the ethical committee of the university and coordination with the director of the relevant group, the researchers will study the nursing students of the fifth semester of nursing semester in Autumn 2018 as a whole number.The training combines two methods of e-learning with LMS and collaborative learning in 10 steps with the formation of groups of 5 people using the same lecturer in one semester during 14 sessions of 150 minutes for nursing students in the fifth semester.
Participants/Inclusion and exclusion criteria
Inter criteria: All five semester nursing students studying at Urmia Nursing and Midwifery Faculty Exit criteria: Absence of more than 2 sessions and no referral to the LMS system
Intervention groups
The curriculum will be presented in conjunction with the faculty education using the same lecturer in one semester at 14 sessions of 150 minutes for nursing students in term 5. These meetings will be taught in a combination of both e-learning and participatory methods. Curriculum content on care nursing of ill child is based on the outline of the cultural revolution and the goals of the course, in coordination with the use of the main sources of the course (nursing a sick child) and scientific resources in the opinion of nursing and medical experts. The study is a single-group and before and after intervention.
Main outcome variables
Improvement of academic self-efficacy of students in the course of nursing care of a child after intervention, improving the quality of education and improving the educational status

Description
Intervention group: At the meetings, the participatory learning method will be divided into groups of 5 students and will learn the lessons in 14 sessions of 150 minutes with using 10 steps. In this way, the professor will divide the subject of teaching into parts, giving each department a group.Then members of each group will form specialized teams to learn the subject and report it to other members of the group. Finally, the groups will summarize the issues with the teacher. The main tasks of the professor in this method are in addition to providing the lesson plan for each session, guiding and guiding the groups, providing the necessary facilities, evaluating and monitoring the work of the groups and providing feedback. At the end of the session, a brief overview will be provided on the lessons to be given about the course and will be requested to be trained electronically for the same session. (10 steps of participatory learning Including: 1- students in groups of 5-6 people matched in terms of gender and gender. 2- Dividing the lesson subjects into sections 5 to 6 for each group. 3- Assign each student to study the specified section4. Emphasis on studying twice without remembering the contents5. Select the leader group for each group6. After discussing the topic, the six groups will discuss the ambiguities and points of their group by gathering in another expert group. 8 and 7- By returning to their group and providing the necessary information and information to their cohorts. 9- The instructor will solve the problems and questions of each group by circulating in groups.10- Summing up and asking questions to identify the top group). An e-learning approach based on an Intelligent Classroom Learning Management System will be completed on the weekend (Friday) after the end of each participatory learning session. All content provided in collaborative learning will be provided electronically, and will emphasize that the assignments of each session will only be e-mailed to provide an incentive to refer students to the learning management system. The feedback will be about student ambiguity and questions through the same system.
