Design
A clinical trial with a sample size of 40 people, with a control group with a parallel group, without blindness, was randomized using randomized block method using random numbers table
Settings and conduct
The research is an applied one and the research environment will be the center of Jahrom's Emergency Medicine. This experimental study will be carried out on 40 emergency operation staff who will be randomly divided into two groups. The first group will be delivered by lecture method and in the second group Simulation is done and after the practical test, the results of both groups will be compared.
Participants/Inclusion and exclusion criteria
*Inclusion criteria: Having a higher degree in nursing or medical emergencies, having at least one year of experience at the Jahrom Medical Emergency Center, working in the field of operations, has a warrant such as a plan, pseudo-pact, contractual, formal and contractual, non-participation in PHTLS training courses in the past three months.
*Exclusion criteria: Failure to co-operate with the sample to continue the study or any problem or adventure that results in their absence from the training sessions. Emergency medical personnel are disadvantaged for any reason (leave, death, transfer)
Intervention groups
In this study, there will be two groups of intervention and control. Participants in the intervention group will be trained according to the simulated training package, but in the control group the training will be delivered in the form of a lecture.

Inclusion criteria:
Have higher degrees and higher in nursing or medical emergencies. Have at least one year of experience at Jahrom's Emergency Medical Center. Currently working in the Jahrom Medical Management and Emergency Management Center, with a mandate, including a plan, pseudo-pact, contract, formal and contractual. During the past three months, they did not attend PHTLS training courses or retraining.
Exclusion criteria:
Not cooperating with staff to continue studying or any problem or adventure that results in their absence from study sessions or study periods. Emergency medical staff will be disadvantaged for any reason (leave, death, transfer)

Description
Intervention group: In the intervention group based on the clinical skill checklist, a first practical test will be taken from the participants to determine their level of clinical skill. Subsequently, the intervention will be conducted as a 6-hour training course for the trauma patient to be conducted in a simulation manner. In this way, the teacher will provide learners with explanations and training on the basis of educational content, using the patient and the mogul. The practitioners can take part in the training themselves and take practical steps. One month later, after the end of the course, again A practical test similar to the pre-test condition will be held which will score the clinical skill of Shrek The average score of this group will be compared with the control group based on statistical tests.

Description
Control group: In the control group before the start of the course, the participants will be taken on the basis of the checklist presented in the pre-test research. Subsequently, the teacher will provide training using the slides and theoretical classroom tutorial based on the content of the class. One month after the course participants are required to attend the post-test and their clinical skill score will be obtained. Based on the statistical tests, the mean scores of this group will be compared with the intervention group.
