Clinical trial with control group, intervention group, double blind, randomized
Settings and conduct
The training was conducted in 3 sessions of 30-45 minutes for each group in two weeks. Training of both groups was done in one place (hospital). Before the training, the pre-test was done in practice through the Wilkinson and Lewin standard checklist. The researcher was practicing a focused training program with a trainee student using a training package. The training content was the same in both groups.

Students in the control and intervention group, near - peer students and instructure did not know their belongings to the groups. The final test was also conducted by a nursing instructure who did not know about belonging to the groups and was not involved in education.

Description
Intervention group: In the intervention group, education was conducted by senior undergraduate nursing students asnear - peer group. A group of seven of the best students of the last year had the highest grade,and sufficient proficiency in teaching materials, selected and trained.After them how they functioned by coaches, the training program in the near - peer group was close to them. For each of the eight students, a near - peer was trained.Before the pretest training, participants were taken from the pre-test and after the training, a post test test was taken from the participants.
