Clinical trials with control group, with parallel groups
Settings and conduct
Sampling from nurses working in surgical wards of Ghaem Hospital in Mashhad.
Participants/Inclusion and exclusion criteria
Samples are selected from nurses working in surgical wards. They Have more than a year of work experience and have no psychological problems.
Intervention groups
For intervention group A two-day workshop will be held. All members of the intervention group are members of a virtual group in a messenger network In this group every week for four weeks A scenario of moral distress is raised And participants are encouraged to discuss it.There is no specific action in the control group.

Intervention groups

Description
Intervention group: First, MDS-R questionnaire and informed consent form and demographic information questionnaire will be completed by the members of both groups.For the intervention group, the workshop will be held 6 hours a day for two days (a total of 12 hours)By professors in the field of professional nursing ethics.The workshop content will be consulted with the hospital nursing managers.Two weeks after the workshop, the MDS-R questionnaire will be completed again by members of the intervention and control group.Members of the intervention group will be members of a virtual group in a messenger network. In the virtual group, there is a challenging ethical situation for 4 weeks each week And will discuss the strategies for preventing and reducing the severity of moral distress among the membersAfter 4 weeks The MDS-R questionnaire will be completed by the intervention and control groupAnd the data will be logged into the spss21 software for analysis.
