Determination of the effect of nursing care education based on social network on job stress and self efficacy of oncology nurses
Design
Clinical trial with a control group, one blind, randomized.
Settings and conduct
The study is conducted in Rasool Akram and Firoozgar hospitals. Nurses are randomly assigned to two groups of control and intervention. The study is done in a single blind study. None of the participants in the study know which group (intervention or control) is located.
Participants/Inclusion and exclusion criteria
*inclusion criteria:
-Ability to work with mobile social network
-Being volunteering
-Having work experience in the oncology ward
-Having no mental illness
-Do not use drugs that affect the mental situation
*Exclusion criteria:
-Inability to work with mobile apps
-Work experience less than one year in oncology unit
-Having mental illness from the promise of the nurses themselves
Intervention groups
Intervention group: Stress and self-efficacy questionnaires will be provided to samples. The researcher will collect them after 24 hours. Then the samples are registered in the Telegram or WhatsApp. Within four weeks, the materials will be provided in accordance with the specified schedule. A month after the end of the intervention, the nurses will fill out the questionnaires again.
Control group: Nurses in the control group will receive current hospital education (brochures and training pamphlets available in the department). Before the intervention and one month after the end of the intervention, they will complete the questionnaires

Considering the probability of Information pollution in the control group, the allocation of the units in the control and intervention groups will be based on the name of the educational centers, and the control group will be separated from the intervention group (In a different mobile social group and in a different Center).

Description
Intervention group: Stress and self-efficacy questionnaires will be provided to samples. The researcher will collect them after 24 hours. Then the samples will be added to the Telegram or WhatsApp group. For 4 weeks, the training materials will be provided to the intervention group according to the specified schedule. A month after the end of the intervention, the questionnaires will be completed again by the nurses.The contents of the Nursing Standards Booklet(Chapter "Chemotherapy and Radiation Standards"), which is compiled by the Iranian Nursing Organization, will be used. In the first week, the checklist for preparation for chemotherapy drugs (page 1-10), In the second and third weeks, nursing care and interventions in the complications of chemotherapy from page 12 to 40.In the fourth week, nursing care and nursing interventions in chemotherapy prescriptions will provide.
