Determining and comparing the design, implementation and evaluation of the effect of a combined training tour (virtual and face-to-face) Early clinical exposure by Perceptor compared to training through a close counterpart
Design
This is a quasi-experimental parallel clinical trial. This study is performed in 3 phases of design, implementation and evaluation in groups A and B.In group A, all educational activities by the teacher and in group B by close educational peers
Settings and conduct
The research is a quasi-experimental parallel clinical trial. This study is performed in three phases of design, implementation and evaluation and in groups A and B.The training program includes a combination of a virtual session, a session as attending a clinical skills center and a session as a visit to the centers in group A (training by perspective) in group B (training by close peer).
Participants/Inclusion and exclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria include being in the first semester, studying in the School of Nursing and Midwifery of Shahid Sadoughi University of Medical Sciences
Exclusion criteria include transfer students to other universities and acute mental health problemsکارآزمایی بالینی موازی نیمه تجربی می باشد این مطالعه در 3 فاز طراحی، اجرا و ارزشیابی و در گروه AوB انجام می شود. در گروه Aکلیه اقدامات آموزشی توسط استاد و در گروه Bتوسط همتایان آموزشی نزدیک

Description
The training program in group A (training by perceptor) or group B (training by close counterpart) includes delivery by mannequin simulation method in 3 stages. In the first stage, explanation about simulation, in the second stage, teaching the subject to the participants and preparing the training scene and a brief exercise by observing and touching the mannequin and a brief practice of delivery, and in the third stage, the exact implementation of delivery training by simulation using Mannequin and answering students' questions. In group A, all actions are performed by the teacher and in group B by educational peers
