Study aim
-
The two therapies based on acceptance and commitment, and mindfulness are part of the third wave of behavioral therapy that has recently entered the field of parenting. In addition, there are similarities between the two approaches, we want to know which approaches in combination with Parent Management Training are clinically more effective.
-
Design
-
A clinical trial with a control group. With parallel groups. One-way blind. Randomized. On 45 mothers. The lottery is used for randomization.
-
Settings and conduct
-
The study will be done at Nikan school. The school is invited to participate in a parenting education research project and volunteer mothers are asked to register. Mothers' names are written on paper and randomly placed in each of the three groups. All three groups will come to school. Two experimental groups and one control group. The two experimental groups are taught and the control group receives only general information about the child and online teaching. Here, people are not aware that they are an experimental group or control. All groups will be pre-tested and post-tested.
-
