Design
The clinical trial has a control group.
Settings and conduct
Based on semi-experimental method of current research , the research is done among 15 people for each group and total of 30 people in hospitals in sari which are involved with Corona-Virus .
Participants/Inclusion and exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria
Having informed consent; Having ability to participate in medical sessions; The staff who work in hospital which involved with Corona-Virus; Having no participation in other subject classes at the same time; Having a minimum score (minimum score=3) in Post-Traumatic Stress Screening Questionnaire.
Fail to enter
They are not allowed being absent more than two sessions.
Intervention groups
According to the title of this research "The effectiveness of logo therapy based on Rumi's thought on reducing Post-Traumatic stress and increasing the resilience of hospital staff who involved in Corona Virus" ,it is showed that this research is semi-experimental and its design (experimental group and control group) makes out pre-test and post-test stage. According to the semi-experimental method of this research, the sample size is considered about 15 people for each group and totally 30 people of hospital staff which were chosen by the available sampling method in accordance with entrance criteria of research. Then they were randomly assigned to two experimental and control groups(15 people in each group). People in experimental group are under treatment protocol and people in control group are not under any training.

Description of health condition studied
A study of the effectiveness of logo therapy based on Rumi's thought on reducing Post-Traumatic stress and increasing the resilience of hospital staff who involved in Corona Virus.
According to the semi-experimental method of this research, the sample size is considered about 15 people for each group and totally 30 people of hospital staff which were chosen by the available sampling method in accordance with entrance criteria of research. Then they were randomly assigned to two experimental and control groups(15 people in each group). People in experimental group are under treatment protocol and people in control group are not under any training. In this research ,two questionnaire and a treatment protocol are used. The Therapeutic training package for the first group will be taught in eight sessions and each session will last 75 minutes. Post-گروه های مداخلهTraumatic stress disorder (PCL) and Conner-Davidson Standard Resilience Questionnaires will be used in this research.
