This study is a randomized controlled trial which will be done in order to determine the effect of educational program based on the theory of planned behavior on citizenship behavior in female high school students of Shiraz with a 268 person case study that will be done in 1392. In this study, four schools as intervention group and four schools as control group from the areas of fourfold educational system of Shiraz( areas 1-2-3-4 ) will be selected. This educational program will be done during four 60 to 90 minutes sessions. The inclusion criteria is being first-year student of high school and exclusion criteria is not being willing to participate in the study. The students will fill satisfaction form on participating in this study. Data will be collected in the time before, one week and two months after the intervention and finally the impact of this program on students citizenship behavior will be assessed.

Intervention group: Four educational sessions about citizenship skills will be held. Citizenship booklet, class drill paper and homework booklet will be given to intervention group.
