The effect of the psychological empowerment workshop on the assertion of nurses in the neonatal intensive care unit

clinical trial without control group, single group, without blinding, non-randomized, on all nurses of neonatal intensive care unit
Settings and conduct
A census study was conducted after the approval of the ethics committee on the nurses working in the special care department of Shahid Sadougi hospital in Yazd after obtaining informed consent. The demographic information and assertion questionnaire was posted on the Eitaa messenger network after the group was formed, and two A week after the intervention and holding four sessions of the psychological empowerment workshops, the assertion questionnaire was completed again by the samples
Participants/Inclusion and exclusion criteria
The samples include all nurses working in the neonatal intensive care unit

Exclusion criteria:
The Nurses who work simultaneously in two neonatal intensive care unit.
Nurses who are sick or on paid leave during the study.
Nurses who are graduate students in neonatal intensive care.
