In this research, random sampling method will be used and based on SPSS version 26 software, the test mean is 80.8 and the standard deviation is 14.6 in the test group and the mean is 70.4 and the standard deviation is 14.6 in the control group and the effect size is 7. /. The number of required sample volume in each group was calculated to be 34 people, which, taking into account the loss of 10% of the sample volume, the required number for each group will be calculated to be 38 people. The nurses of the emergency department of Baqiyallah Hospital (AS) will be randomly placed in two groups of test and control, which will be calculated according to the sample formula of 38 people in each group. And after introducing and explaining the research plan to them, people who have the desire and ability to participate in the plan according to the study entry criteria will enter the study, and after obtaining consent, the nurses of the test group and the control group will complete the pre-test questionnaire.

Knowledge, attitude and behavior of nurses

We will use randomization in blocks of four. The randomization units in this study will be on emergency department nurses. Random allocation with blocks of four will be in two intervention and control groups. The random allocation method with blocks of four will be such that the letter A will be assigned to the intervention group and the letter B will be assigned to the control group, and in blocks of four with the letters A and B, six states AABB, BBAA, ABAB, BABA, ABBA, BAAB in the sheets It will be written separately and thrown inside a container. Randomly take one of these sheets out of the container and remember the combination written on it, and that sheet will be thrown into the container again. Because the sample size in this study will be 80 nurses. This action is repeated 20 times and each time the combination written on the sheet will be written in the sequence of the previous sheet and then a number from 1 to 80 will be assigned to each letter in the order of the letters written in a row. Each letter was placed inside a matte envelope and the numbers 1-80 were written on the envelope. Each time a patient was selected, one of these envelopes was opened in the order of the number written on the envelope, and it was determined which group the patient should be placed in.

Blinding will be performed on three levels: the participants, the person who evaluates the results before and after the test, and the statistician. In this study, the participants, i.e. the nurses, will not know which of the intervention groups they are in. The trainer will not know which group of nurses participating in the study he is training. The final information of the test and control groups will be provided to the statistician in the form of groups A and B.

The prepared educational package will be provided to the nurses participating in the study if they wish.
