This intervention study with two groups pre-post test control design on 120 nurses working in the emergency department in hospitals of Golestan University of Medical Sciences in 1394 will be carried out. Briefing to learn about the process for nurses groups will be held. The groups will be asked for two months at least once a week during their clinical experiences in connection with the patient (communication skills) have to rethink and re-writing their books. Gathering data using questionnaires nurse-patient communication skills before and after the intervention was completed. Inclusion criteria: having at least six months experience in the emergency department have; with a bachelor or master's degree in nursing; nurses at least in the last 6 months acute problem of stress (death of a spouse, father .... and drugs with psychotic disorders) have not experienced.
Exclusion criteria: nurses who leave the emergency department during the study period for whatever reason; tend not to participate in ongoing research; nurses who during research have stressful problems acute. (Such as death of a spouse, father ...)
