Efficacy of Treatment of Integrative Model on Marital Relationship Quality in Couples of Isfahan City Following Disclosure of Infidelity: (A Case Study)
The aim of this Case- study was examination of the effectiveness of integrative treatment model on marital relationship quality of couples involved with infidelity in Isfahan city. This model consists of six stages including: treatment relationship, assessment, therapeutic contract, release emotion, check out the background of closet relationship, and forgiveness. Participants were two couples without a severe mental disorder and who involved with the marital infidelity and were entered as a volunteer in this study in 2010. They received integrative treatment model during eight sessions (ninety minutes a week). Couples completed Khoshkam’ s marital relationship quality scale (2007) in the first, fourth and eighth sessions.

Due to the limitations of sampling and keep confidential marital infidelity, couples don’t want to disclose freely this subject so, there was no possibility of random sampling. Finally, two couples involved with infidelity volunteered to participate in this study at one of the counseling centers in Isfahan city.

Description
Model of integrated treatment of marital infidelity includes 6 stages: treatment relationship, assessment, therapeutic contract, release emotions,check out the backgroundof closet relationship and forgiveness. This model was run on couple participants for indivijual and square during eight sessions 90 minutes.
