The Effectiveness of Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Rational Emotive Behavior in Group and Individual Therapy in Curing of youngs with Antisocial Personality Disorder in
Ilam Prisoners
Antisocial personality have some clear symptoms as impulsivity, unstable emotions, aggression, drinking, use of drug, early initiation of sexual behavior make some difficulties and problems in their relations with family members and those who have interaction with them and at least in society. According to the mentioned symptoms of this personality disorder in this research project, it has been tried to solve its problems by comparing the Effectiveness of Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Emotional – Rational Behavior Therapy in Irrational Treatment, Anxiety and Depression among young male prisoners who have antisocial Personality in Ilam prison. The experimental research has been done by pre and posttest method .48 subjects have been selected randomly between 18-40 years among male prisoners in the prison of Ilam. Three questionnaires have been used as Millon Clinical Questionnaire, Johns Irrational Beliefs and Beck Anxiety and Depression questionnaire.

In the study reported according to population size. Personality test questionnaire among the population of 200 have been distributed
A total of 150 questionnaires were collected and analyzed. 60 questions based on the key questions, analyzing personality questionnaire million antisocial personality disorder were diagnosed, of which 48 were approved by prison psychiatrists and psychologists based on the recognition of pre- made ¬ to arrange an interview, according to interviews structured Clinical diagnosis of DSM axis II personality disorder, anti- social was put on it was selected. They were randomly divided into three groups of 16 . It should be noted first group of 16 patients treated DBT, a second group of 16 subjects in each treatment group, 16 patients REBT and third as the control group did not receive any treatment .

In this study of 48 patients studied before treatment works irrational beliefs test , aggression , anxiety, and Beck, along with demographic information including family , at second son of the family , familial status, parental relationship between the situation family in relation to each of the parents and children were taken .¬ received two sessions a week . Finally, after all sessions after 20 days , all the patients considered for the study , re- test, irrational beliefs , aggression , anxiety, and depression were acquired and in accordance with the questionnaire responses and psychologically ¬ Prison officials analysied were . And 10 days after getting the initial test , group therapy , group therapy, dialectical and intellectual excitement began.
separately for each group were randomly divided into 5 groups . In one group, the group that received the training as the experimental group trained individual ¬ ¬ ¬ group DBT and group training in REBT group for 8 sessions , twice a week, ¬ received a one-hour period . And others were considered as controls .
It should be noted that treat ¬ ¬ DBT centered therapy is based on the following :
Life -threatening behaviors decrease ¬
Reducing disruptive behavior therapy
Reduce disruptive behaviors, quality of life
Behavioral skills enhancement ¬
Increased respect for self
And the centrality of REBT therapy treatment is based on ¬ follows :
Identifying the basic beliefs and automatic thoughts
Modified radical thoughts and beliefs associated with behavioral techniques
