In order to assess the effectiveness of the developed model, we will evaluate the inter-professional collaboration through inter-professional collaborator assessment rubric (ICAR) in four time points in the intervention and control groups before and after the intervention in the real emergency unit environment. readiness to change will assess by IPC-TTM questionnaire.
