This randomized controlled trial study is conducted with one intervention group and one control group. The aim of study is assessment of the effectiveness of sexual enrichment counseling on sexual assertiveness of married women. Sampling will perform based on convenience method. One of the largest health centers of Karaj city is considered as research environment. Course announcement about improving sexual relationship will be presented in the Health Center. Sixty volunteer women were randomly allocated into control and intervention groups. Six sessions of group counseling (10 women in each group) will be held . Data gathering will be done by a two part questionnaire including demographic and Halbert Index of Sexual Assertiveness. Follow up data gathering will be done after one month. Sexual assertiveness in two groups will be compared.

Inclusion/Exclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: consent to participating in the study ; married for at least 1 year; aged between 18-49 years; having at least one child; living together in the context of marriage.
Exclusion criteria: Mental disorders; sexual disorders; marital conflicts; having diseases affecting on sexual function; using medication affecting sexual function.
