The effect of solution-focused group counseling on marital satisfaction in women attending to addiction leaving centers in Shirvan city

Clinical trial with community-based and pragmatic control group, with parallel groups, triple blind, randomized

The statistical population of this experimental study is addicted women who are referred to addiction treatment clinics in Shirvan city.The women participating in this study (80 women), according to their personal satisfaction, were selected from 15 addiction treatment centers,The test group members (40) will receive a certified, certified, and certified consultant on a weekly basis for 6 consecutive 90 minutes counseling sessions.The control group (40) will receive health education materials for women.Enrich marital satisfaction questionnaire and Beck Depression Inventory were completed for both groups before and after the study and one month later.

Entry criteria included: At least three weeks of the patient's treatment program؛ at least 5 years of their joint life؛ Wife is not addicted or is not being treated for addiction؛ Not having a physical illness that prevents you from engaging in research؛ Not having a history of admission to the neurology department؛ No restrictions on participation in group meetings؛ Methadone maintenance treatment and non-attendance at the same time in another treatment plan؛ Not having a dear death and a stressful incident in the last 6 months؛ Exclusion criteria included: Not attending 2 sessions or more؛ Failure to cooperate with the therapist؛ withdrawal from treatment center or recurrence of drug according to the outcome of the morphine test؛ He suffers from severe physical illness during the presentation of the program.
