Objective: The aim of the present research was to determine the effect of Social Skills Training on reducing behavioral problems in children & parents. This is an experimental study with pre-& post-test with a control group. Design: The community comprised all children with behavioral problems in Shiraz. The sample included 40 children (female) that were selected by using convenience sampling method. Assigning the subjects to experimental and control group was done. Main outcome measures: Both groups completed the Children's Symptoms questionnaires at pre-& post-test. Intervention: The experimental group received Social Skills( 13 sessions) for Thirteen 90-minute sessions &control group were placed on a waiting list and received no intervention.
